Job Description

Job Summary

As a Data Scientist at Bluphlux, you will play a pivotal role in leveraging advanced data analytics and machine learning techniques to enhance our recruitment processes. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve the accuracy and efficiency of candidate selection, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible matches for their job openings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and apply machine learning models to analyze and rank resumes against job descriptions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements in recruitment processes.
Design and implement data collection and analysis strategies to support the development of our patented AI algorithm.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and machine learning to continuously improve our solutions.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and clients, providing actionable recommendations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis and machine learning, preferably in a recruitment or HR context.
Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and language models.
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and challenges.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
