Data Scientist (AI/ML)

Roles & Responsibilities :
Assist in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.

• Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

• Support in building predictive models and conducting A/B testing.

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights.

• Use tools like Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas, etc., for algorithm development.

• Interpret and communicate model outputs and business insights clearly.

• Maintain documentation of experiments, models, and results.

• Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and trends.
  

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

Experience :

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong programming skills in Python or R.

• Familiarity with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised ML algorithms.

• Knowledge of tools such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Basic understanding of SQL and data querying techniques.

• 
  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Curious and self-motivated learner.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Good attention to detail and documentation.

• Time management and task prioritization.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or ML Ops tools is a plus.

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Tableau).

• Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a bonus.
