HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Employee private equity offerings - Liaise in fundraising efforts for new fund offerings through creation of fund-specific marketing materials and subscription documents; Work closely with technology to customize design of fund offering website based on specific fund characteristics Fund Activity Communication / Coordination - review capital calls, distributions, and Net Asset Values with fund managers and fund accountants; Facilitate the delivery of investor notices, semi-annual reports, and financial statements; Monitor fund and employee brokerage accounts to ensure cash movements are accurate and properly documented Data Reporting - responsible for managing report requests for investor data from business units including product areas, wealth management, tax, legal, technology, and compliance Investor inquiries - answer ESI hotline and respond to inquiries that come into the ESI mailbox System and process architecture - assist in analyzing processes, systems and implementing strategic solutions and builds in order to uphold a high standard of client service SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE RE LOOKING FOR Results-oriented - ability to handle multiple, time-sensitive projects while focusing on the quality of work delivered to clients Highly organized, attention to detail and excellent follow-through required Ability to work well both independently and in a team environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work with Excel on a day to day basis

Role & responsibilities SSRS Reporter - Data Reporter Preferred candidate profile : Immediately available candidates are highly preferred. WFO - Hyderabad - Hitech City ( Work Hours: 3 PM - 11 PM ) Five plus years of experience in Software Design, Data Modelling, Data Analysis, Integration, Report Development, and Data migrations from diversified data sources using Business Intelligence analysis tools like MSBI and Power BI. Has good experience on MSBI (SSIS, SSRS and SSAS) , Power BI, Power BI Report, SQL Server, Power View and Power pivot reports Experienced in Requirement Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Data Modelling, Data Analysis, Design, Documentation, Development, Data Migration, Performance Tunning, Training and Deployment. Experienced in conceptual, Logical and Physical Data Modelling , OLTP & OLAP Modelling . Experienced in working with Tabular Model, using those Models in SSRS and Power BI to create reports and Dashboards. Experienced in creation of reports, rich dashboards, metrics, Expressions, filters etc. in Power BI and in SSRS. Created advanced visualizations and chart types as per business requirements. Have extensively used DAX functions to create calculated columns and measure and tables. Developing, Designing and supporting interactive Power BI Dashboard reports. Designed and published visually rich and intuitively interactive Power BI dashboards for executive decision making and business forecast. ETL & ELT development using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Advanced extensible reporting skills using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Power BI. Have played a key role on new project implementation activities such as requirements gathering, design, development, coding and unit testing and leading the project deliverables. Performance Tuning of T-SQL Scripts, Store Procedures, SSIS Packages, SSRS Reports & Power BI Reports.

Main Responsibilities In this Role, the Senior SAP Finance Service Delivery Analyst should: Be expert in SAP Finance business processes + deep knowledge of how the solution works (E2EFinance processesAccounting, Tax & Controlling) Expert knowledge of how to run SAP Finance processes, tables and system config SAP integrations with other systemsinterfaces set-up and troubleshooting Interact with the user to collect business requirements, discover more complex issues, explain complex SAP Finance functional & technical rules, and present resolution Identifies, initiates and solves problems using analysis, experience, and judgment Take ownership to deep-dive and solve complex functional or technical topics Can deep dive and solve problems, by addressing the root cause (CSIs delivery) Performs Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in order to implement more efficient solutions Can apply complex SAP customizations (bug fixes & non-routine changes), perform extensive testing (ITC & NRT) and maintain solution documentation Can deliver enhancements (clarify business requirements, prepare DAB and FSD) Share knowledge with the other SAP support team members maintaining documentation that is useful for the team's daily work and expertise Couch and mentor the more junior members Ensures the execution of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on time Business Skill Very good knowledge and business process understanding in SAP Finance domain (SAP AP, AR, GL, AA, CO) Deep working experience with SAP Accounting, Document Postings, Payments, Month Closing, Assets, TAX, Controlling, Finance Master Data, etc. Experience with SAP BI data reporting is a plus Experience working in international companies IT skills Strong experience in IT support and delivery in SAP Finance (AP, AR, GL, AA, CO modules), including incidents resolution & root-cause analysis, delivery of change requests via system customizing, testing and transports management, working on system enhancements with Developers Experience in SAP system integration & interfaces with other systems (iDocs/XML messages) S4 HANA & FIORI experience Knowledge of the integration points with other SAP modules (ex. SAP MM & SD) Experience working with the Service Desk ticketing system (Service Now & JIRA ideally)

Perform data extraction from NIQ, Circana, Spins, and other retail and CPG sources to gather raw data for further analysis. Clean, organize, and validate data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Utilize Microsoft Excel, VBA, and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights. Generate and publish excel reports for further uses Apply knowledge of retail and CPG industries to enhance data analysis and reporting. Required education Bachelor's Degree Preferred education Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise Bachelor's degree in Computer Application, Science, or relevant education. 1-3 years of experience in data acquisition & analysis or a related field. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, VBA, SQL, and experience with NIQ, Circana, and Spins. Preferred technical and professional experience Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Experience in retail and CPG industries is preferred.
