Data Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
· Record service requests, complaints, and resolution details in ticketing systems.
· Coordinate with field technicians and customer care teams to ensure timely updates on installation, downtime, or service status.
· Maintain data logs for customers faults
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to:
· New connections
· Downtime or outages
· Ticket closures
· Keep records of routers, modems, and CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) issued or returned.
· Track logistics data for dispatches to technicians or branches.
Looking for freshers or max of 1 year experience in Data Executive from Internet service providers are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
