Required Qualifications: Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Experience: Minimum 10 years in BIM, with at least 5 years in a BIM managerial role Proven experience in data centre MEP projects is mandatory Strong proficiency in: Revit MEP Navisworks Manage AutoCAD BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) Experience with international BIM standards (ISO 19650, AIA LOD definitions) Excellent communication, team leadership, and client interaction skills Preferred Certifications: Autodesk Certified Professional Revit MEP Certified BIM Manager (e.g., RICS, Zigurat, etc.) PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred, not mandatory) Mandatory Conditions: Candidate must be willing to relocate to Bangalore or Noida as per project requirements. Candidate must be open to travel PAN India for on-site coordination and project execution.
