Data Analyst

The Data Analytics & Forecasting team empowers learners to solve real-world business problems by equipping them with industry-relevant data skills using Microsoft Excel and statistical modeling techniques.
In this role, were looking for self-driven and analytical minds who are curious about business data, eager to build actionable insights, and committed to continuous learning. Youll solve practical business problems using tools like regression analysis, forecasting models, and interactive dashboards while building a portfolio that demonstrates your capability as a future-ready data analyst.

What You'll Do

• Work on real-world case studies using Excel and data analytics techniques such as:
• Multiple Linear & Logistic Regression
• Cluster & Factor Analysis
• Time Series Forecasting
• Conjoint Analysis
• Perform profitability analysis using scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and Monte Carlo simulation.
• Create interactive dashboards using financial, sales, and datasets to visualize insights and KPIs.
• Apply forecasting models to data and assess future business implications.
• Document project outcomes and present findings through clean, business-ready reports and dashboards.
• Interpret statistical output and translate it into practical business recommendations.
• Participate in regular evaluations, receive feedback, and improve output quality iteratively.

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related fields.
• Strong interest in analytics, data-driven problem-solving, and business decision-making.
• Familiarity with Excel functions and a basic understanding of statistics and data interpretation.
• Willingness to learn new concepts such as regression, forecasting, and simulation modeling.
• Clear communication skills to present data insights in an understandable and visually appealing manner.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote, self-paced environment.
