Objective: A Data Analyst in the Data Insight and Analytics team is crucial for transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. Utilize visualization tools to present data in an accessible and understandable format. 4)Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Provide regular updates on business performance to stakeholders. 5)Strategic Recommendations: Develop data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies. 6)Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains. Implement data-driven solutions to enhance operational workflows. 7)Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to improve data literacy within the organization. 8)Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to data privacy and security protocols. Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. 9)Tool and Technology Management: Stay updated with the latest data analysis tools and technologies. Recommend and implement new tools to enhance data analytics capabilities. 10)Ad-Hoc Projects: Undertake special projects and analyses as assigned by superiors. Provide support for other departments as needed." Experience 3-5 years of experience in a Data Analyst role, Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis Industry Preferred Manufacturing - Preferably Auto & Ancillary Business Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. General Requirements Primary Skills (Technical Skills): Proficiency in statistical analysis and data mining techniques. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases. Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS. Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
