Qualifications Overall 8+ years and Minimum of 3 years of experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solution. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing complex Customer Engagement solutions. In-depth knowledge of Customer Engagement core functionalities, workflows, and configuration options. Strong understanding of integration patterns and best practices for connecting Customer Engagement with other business systems. Experience with Azure technologies, such as Azure Functions and Logic Apps, is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
