Perform/review Fund/Property/Lease set-up, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable related activities in accounting platform (Yardi). Verifies complex fund transactions, audit comments within scheduled timeframes and resolves exceptions on a timely basis. Ensure that you comply with all controls, checklists and general company policies. Collection/verification of relevant information for Fund/Property/Lease set-up and to facilitate the Net Assets Value calculation and preparation of NAV pack.
