Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs. Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer feedback. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software Escalate complex issues to senior team members when necessary Both Fresher and experienc e can apply Preferred candidate profile Must Have Graduation Degree .
