Key Responsibilities:- Handle *inbound customer calls* professionally and efficiently.- Resolve queries related to insurance policies, claim processes, and other customer concerns.- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the system.- Provide timely and effective solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction.- Adhere to quality and compliance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English is mandatory.- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.- Ability to handle customers empathetically and patiently.
Eligibility:
- *Freshers and experienced candidates (0 to 2 years)* are welcome.- Must be *comfortable with rotational shifts and weekly offs*.- Willing to work *6 days a week* from the office (WFO only).
