Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers
  
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively
  
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain quality service standards
  
• Document all call information as per standard operating procedures
  
• Meet performance targets like call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction
  

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  
• Willingness to work in night shifts or rotational shifts
  
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask
  
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed
