Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services. You will be responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and effective assistance to customers, resolving their issues, and enhancing their overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Interaction:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and meetings.

- Address customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

2. Problem Solving:

- Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues with products or services.

- Collaborate with the technical team to resolve the issues.

- Provide detailed and accurate information to customers to assist in problem resolution.

3. Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.

- Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction levels.

4. Knowledge Management:

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a comprehensive FAQ and knowledge base.

- Share customer feedback with the product development team to improve services and products.

5. Customer Education:

- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and best practices.

- Provide guidance on how to use the products effectively to achieve the best results.

6. Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with team members to improve customer support processes and share best practices.

- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

- Languages: With good communication in Telugu and English

Experience:

Previous experience in customer service or support role; experience in the relevant industry is a plus.

Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

- Proficiency in using software systems.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

- Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

Competencies:

- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
