Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Assistance

    :
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
    • Help with setting up new services or upgrading existing ones.
    • Guide customers through troubleshooting steps for connectivity issues.
    • Assist with billing questions and resolving billing issues.
  2. Technical Support

    :
    • Diagnose and resolve connectivity problems.
    • Support modem/router configurations and other network devices.
    • Escalate complex issues to higher-level technical support.
  3. Account Management

    :
    • Process service requests, including installations, cancellations, and plan changes.
    • Update customer account information.
    • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  4. Documentation and Reporting

    :
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
