Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive based in Karur. The Customer Support Executive will be responsible for managing customer queries via phone and email, providing timely updates on orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication. They will also handle general customer service tasks, resolve any issues that arise, and work to maintain strong, positive relationships with customers.
