πŸ“’ Hiring: B2B Customer Support Executive πŸ“ Location: Unitech Cyber Park, Sector 39, Gurugram πŸ•˜ Shift Window: Flexible between 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shift) *Health care experience is mandatory Key Responsibilities: β˜‘ Handle 100–150 inbound & outbound calls daily to ensure seamless customer service. β˜‘ Promptly resolve CS tickets through CRM or internal systems. β˜‘ Accurately punch and update booking IDs and other relevant details. β˜‘ Morning coordination with the field team & clients to update phlebo (phlebotomist) status. β˜‘ Liaise with the lab team to resolve any report-related issues or escalations. β˜‘ Provide excellent support to corporate clients and maintain high satisfaction levels. β˜‘ Work in rotational shifts within the time frame of 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM (9-hour shift). 🎯 Requirements: Prior experience in a Customer Support or Call Center role (B2B experience preferred). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in basic computer systems and CRM tools. Ability to work under pressure and manage high call volumes. Flexibility in working shifts as per business requirements.
