Position

JD for Tele caller/Customer Support Executive(Backend operations).

Job Description

Executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries



Strong Follow up with the clients/Vendors and maintain the database.



Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.



Executive will manage inbound and outbound calls/chats/emails.



Knowledge in Excel / fluency in English is a must and . Also know Hindi/Marathi/Gujarati


Required skill set

Candidate with good communication and presentation skills



Proficient in MS Excel

Qualifications

Graduate from any field.
