Job Description

Role - Customer Experience Executive Responsibilities Handling all day to day inbound and outbound queries including calls, emails, social media platforms like Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter, etc. Gathering customer feedback, reviews, and ratings from customers. Empathise and understand dissatisfied customers and our target audience. The customer is first and always right! Ensure the Turn-Around-Time (TAT) expected by the customer is fulfilled/maintained. Uphold the premium experience of the company to the customer base and ownership of end-to-end query resolution. Requirements An ambitious fresher or someone with experience of up to one year can apply. Have a basic understanding of all Customer Experience activities including customer calling, social media, analytics, CRM tool management etc. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent. Should be proficient in English and Hindi. Both written and spoken.
