Job Description

Position: Customer Support Executive - 6 days working from office (Night Shift) Experience: 1-2 years Shift timing - 7 PM to 4 AM Interview timing & mode - 7 PM to 9 PM Monday to Friday (Walk-in) Skills Required: * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. * Proficiency in conveying ideas clearly and effectively. * Ability to articulate solutions with clarity and empathy. Responsibilities: * Addressing customer inquiries: Respond promptly to customer queries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and assistance. * Resolving customer issues: Handle complaints or concerns effectively, escalating when necessary, and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction. * Maintaining records: Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in the system to track issues and improve service quality Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Fixed shift Night shift Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7225843773
