Job Description: As an Inbound Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product/service information via multiple communication channels including phone and email. Additionally, you'll actively engage with customers to identify opportunities for upselling or cross selling our products/services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, striving to provide accurate and compliant solutions. Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. 2. Sales: Engage with customers to promote and sell products/services. Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions, effectively communicating product features and benefits. Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics on a consistent basis. 3. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services, pricing, and promotions to confidently address customer inquiries and promote sales. Provide feedback and insights gathered from customer interactions to help improve products, services, and processes. 4. Qualifications: Any bachelors degree, or in a related field preferred. Proven work experience in customer support or sales role. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Self-motivated and results oriented.
