Key Responsibilities:
Engage with website/app visitors via live chat to drive sales and convert leads.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.Provide real-time support, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professionalmanner.Follow up with leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Support, Product) to relay customerfeedback.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRMsystems.Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.Identify and address hesitation or objections during the buying journey to improveconversion rates.Follow up with abandoned cart users and high-intent browsers to recover sales.Call customers when necessary to facilitate purchase decisions or clarify details thatare not easily conveyed via chatMeet daily/weekly conversion targets and chat KPIs.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum [1+ year] of experience in handling sales chatExperience with CRM tools and Chat systemsStrong Selling skills with a problem-solving mindset.Good typing speed and Multitasking capability.Ability to handle high volumes of concurrent chats.Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends or holidays.Minimum 1 year experience in the Customer Support role Great Written & Verbal Communciation Skills
