Job Title : Customer Support Representative

Location : Kirloskar Business Park, Hebbal, Bangalore

Reports to : CMO

Salary : up to 3,00,000 LPA

Expected DOJ : Immediate Joiner

Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that every customer interaction is a positive experience. If you are passionate about helping people and enjoy problem-solving, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve issues or concerns.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support, as needed.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other teams (sales, technical support, etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Continuously improve customer service skills through training and feedback.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics related to response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluent in English, Kannada and Hindi.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and positive attitude and presence of mind.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM software or customer support platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer support with service-related industry.
  • Education of bachelors degree or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English, Kannada and Hindi.
  • Knowledge for addressing customer queries which are form Product based industry.
