Job Title : BPO Customer Service Executive

Job Description
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** for customer support
- Provide information about products and services
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and efficiency
- Maintain call logs and escalate unresolved issues when needed
Language Requirements
- **10 positions for Kannada speakers** – ₹20,000/month
- **10 positions for Malayalam speakers** – ₹20,000/month
