Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve queries related to travel itineraries, pricing, and policies.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions.
  • Handle both voice and non-voice interactions as per business requirements.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational weekly offs.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.
