Job Description

Customer Success Executive (Telesales + Retention) Location : Baner, Pune Experience : 02 Years (Freshers welcome) Type : Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities : Handle incoming customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and app chat. Assist users in understanding their meal subscription, delivery status, and payment issues. Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups, plan renewals, and cross-sell opportunities. Resolve customer concerns promptly and escalate technical issues when required. Maintain accurate call logs, CRM data, and ensure high satisfaction scores. Collect feedback and encourage happy customers to leave reviews. Requirements : Good command over spoken Hindi and English (Marathi is a plus). Clear, empathetic, and confident communicator. Basic understanding of Excel/CRM tools (training will be provided). Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced start-up environment. Preferred Traits : Patience, listening skills, and customer-first attitude. Goal-oriented mindset to meet daily/weekly follow-up and renewal targets.
