Customer Success Engineer (Production Support)

Strong troubleshooting skills, excellent communication abilities, and a grasp of front-end technologies are essential for success in this position. Desirable skills include experience with Java, servlets, J2EE framework support, Apache, nginx, Tomcat administration, Oracle PL/SQL, NodeJS, Docker containerization, virtualization, Linux environments, and basic networking concepts.
