Customer Service Representative

Located in Electronic City, Bangalore (Next to PES College Campus), this role requires you to work from the office. As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for daily customer correspondence via voice and non-voice channels such as telephone, email, and chat. Your duties will include providing order assistance, product information, and knowledgeable answers about products, pricing, availability, and dispatch in a professional and efficient manner. Handling customer complaints and escalations, providing solutions for basic problems, and taking ownership of issues are also crucial aspects of the role. Going the extra mile to engage with customer requirements is expected. The job entails a rotational day shift, with 6 days of work per week and 1 rotational day off. A background in Collection/Customer processes is preferred.
