Leading E-commerce company requires Customer Support Executive Male/Female having minimum 6 months experience in similar field, may apply Customer Support Executive Responsibility : Take ownership of customer issues Trouble shoot problems and see them through to resolution Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Communicate and coordinate effectively with internal departments Maintain customer database Academic Qualification : Graduate Shift based on site job- Morning(7 AM - 4 PM), General Shift (10AM - 7PM), Evening Shift (12 PM to 9PM)Proficiency in English - Written and oral communication Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,672.49 - ₹20,293.49 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person
