Job Description

As a Telesales Executive at our company located in Vaishali Nagar, you will be responsible for handling customer's inbound and outbound calls. Your primary tasks will include solving queries, informing customers about our products, offers, and services. The work arrangement for this role is from the office, and the working hours are from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. We are looking for candidates who are 12th pass and have no predefined skills requirements. This position is suitable for freshers who are looking to start their career in the field of telesales. Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply for this full-time job. In this role, fluency in Hindi and English languages is preferred as you will be engaging with customers in both languages. The salary for this position ranges from Rs. 15000 to Rs. 25000, depending on your skills, experience, and interview performance. Additionally, you will be eligible for health insurance and performance bonuses.
