Role: Customer Support Associate Location: Delhi NCR Language Requirement: Kannada (Mandatory) Handle customer queries via calls, chats, or emails in Kannada and English/Hindi. Understand and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently. Act as the primary contact for Kannada-speaking customers. Log and manage customer issues in the system with timely follow-up. Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex or escalated issues. Must be based in Delhi NCR and available for in-office work when required.
