Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and messages professionally and promptly.
• Resolve customer complaints and queries effectively and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM or support tools.
• Provide detailed product or service information and guide customers on using features.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Technical, etc.) to resolve customer issues.
• Follow communication and operational guidelines and meet service level targets (TAT, CSAT, etc.).
• Follow up on customer interactions where necessary to ensure issue closure.
• Identify and escalate priority issues to senior personnel if unresolved.
• Contribute to team performance goals and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred)
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in [Language: English, Hindi, etc.]
• Customer Handling: Strong listening, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
• Tech Skills: Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, MS Office, etc.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Attitude: Positive, patient, and customer-first approach
• Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a customer service/support/call center role freshers may apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹371,035.57 per year
