Job Description

Tech Mahindra Limited is hiring Customer Service Representatives for UK/US/AUS Voice Telecom processes.

We're looking for experienced candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients across different time zones

- Resolve customer queries effectively and efficiently

- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree

- Candidates with 0-6 months of international voice process experience are also welcome to apply

Selection Process:

- HR Interview

- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment

- Ops Interview

Compensation:

- For Fresher Candidates: Upto 3.2 LPA

-For Experienced Candidate upto 5.2 LPA

- Performance based incentives

Shift Requirements:

- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
