Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Provides an outstanding customer service experience by using
  • consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest
  • alternatives, and find solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Ensures all customer problems are resolved quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer.
  • Ensures confidentiality of customer data and careful handling of documents.
  • Follow-up with callers on complaint and/or question resolution status
  • Delivery tracking and Vendor Follow up and Customer follow-up.
  • Resolving phone, walk-in, mail, fax, and email customer

Preferred candidate profile

  • Knowledge of MS office and Excel
  • Good communication.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
