Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Research and provide accurate information on exporters, shipping lines, and shipment tracking.Assist customers with updating shipment information and resolving any issues that may arise.Discuss and promote our international shipping services, explaining options and pricing to potential and existing customers.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update internal systems accordingly.Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team for resolution.Continuously learn about the international shipping industry and company policies.
