Shipping - Customer Service Executive
Experience: 2+ years

Scope: Local & Global Operations
Role Purpose:
To handle customer interactions, respond to queries, provide shipment updates, and maintain strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Punch customer enquiries and share CBF
- Follow up with overseas agents for updates
- Update bookings in ICMS
- Coordinate with the documentation team for invoice generation
- Handle cross-trade shipment invoicing
- Manage ODC permissions with operations & pricing teams
- Track and update customers & S&M on shipment status
- Address queries, gather feedback, and improve service levels
