Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Customer Service Representative located in Jaipur. The Inbound Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Daily tasks include answering calls, responding to emails, updating customer records, and working closely with other team members to improve services.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
