Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused CRM Executive to join our Sales team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inbound & outbound sales inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to leads generated through various channels.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate real estate solutions.
• Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication to close sales.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Legal, etc.) for smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in CRM or Sales (Real Estate background preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Target-driven with a problem-solving attitude.
