Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate information via phone. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns efficiently and professionally. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and provide solutions. Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Candidate Requirements: Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree. Proven experience in a CRM role or similar customer-facing position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
