We are hiring experienced Customer Service Executives (Male candidates only) for a dynamic role that involves telecalling (80%) , email support (10%) , and chat support (10%) . Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls efficiently and professionally. Assist customers via email and chat with accurate and timely responses. Resolve customer queries, issues, and concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction. Maintain records of interactions and follow up with customers as needed. Meet performance standards and adhere to shift schedules. Requirements: Minimum 6 Month of experience in customer service (Voice & Chat process mandatory). Excellent English communication skills – both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customer concerns effectively. Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and on rotational week offs . Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Note: This position is open only to male candidates .
