Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

l Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about

l the company’s products/services.

l Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

l Maintain records of calls and sales, and note useful information in CRM software.

l Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication with prospects.

l Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

l Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently.

l Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the team leader or manager.

l Collaborate with the sales or marketing team to improve customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

l Minimum Graduation.

l Minimum Experience 1 year to 3 Years experience as a telecaller or similar role

l Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

l Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

l Fluent in English, Hindi, and/or local languages.

l Ability to handle rejection and stress in a professional manner.

l Positive attitude, goal-oriented mindset.
