Job description
· Sort and maintain the contact list of existing and previous customers.
· Research and identify potential textile shops and make calls.
· Initiate calls to customers to maintain relationship and encourage repeat business.
· Respond to customer queries.
· Inform customers about new arrivals, promotional offers, schemes, and seasonal collections.
· Daily report preparation and discuss with management.
· Track and contact customers who have not visited recently to understand concerns and invite them back.
· Share daily call reports and customer interaction summaries with the management.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.
· Assist in lead generation and support sales team with warm leads for follow-up.
. Maintain a call log and update customer database regularly
