Position: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) – Real Estate Location: Indore Experience: Minimum 1 year in real estate or sales/customer service Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties and projects. Arrange site visits and provide property tours to prospective buyers. Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction. Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales or lease agreements. Assist in documentation and coordinate with internal teams for smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales progress. Provide market insights and updates to clients as needed. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or sales/customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Good knowledge of the local real estate market. Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer skills.
