We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Tele caller with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Tamil, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in telecalling, lead generation, or customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads.
Explain products or services and handle customer queries efficiently.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records.
Generate leads and convert them into appointments or sales (depending on the industry)
Handle inbound calls when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 or 2 years of telecalling experience (sales/support/lead generation).
Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
Confident and persuasive with a customer-first attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in [mention industry if needed, e.g., real estate, education, finance
Immediate joiners preferred.
