Customer Relations Officer

Overview:

We are looking for a polished and proactive CRM Executive who can confidently engage with an international clientele. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills in English and a professional demeanor suitable for a luxury, high-value product like lab-grown diamonds. This role is central to maintaining strong client connections, managing accounts, and delivering a premium customer experience across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main communication link between the company and its overseas clients.
• Handle client queries, feedback, and service requests with promptness and professionalism.
• Keep the CRM database current by accurately logging all client interactions and updates.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of client orders.
• Build rapport and maintain trust with clients by understanding their needs and providing customized service.
• Share product details, quotations, and progress updates with clients in a clear and compelling manner.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and follow up to ensure continuous engagement and loyalty.
• Support client onboarding processes and educate customers about our products and sustainability ethos.
• Provide regular status reports and insights on client behavior and engagement trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a relevant field.
• Exceptional command of English, both spoken and written – a must for international communication.
• Prior experience in customer service, CRM, or account management (experience in luxury or gem-related industries is a plus).
• Comfortable working with CRM platforms and general office software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Courteous, professional attitude with the ability to adapt to different cultural expectations.
• Eagerness to learn and a strong sense of accountability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
