Job Description

VOC Automotive India is hiring a Customer Relation Executive to manage customer interactions, ensure satisfaction, and support service, sales, billing, and spare parts coordination. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the automotive sector, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers at the dealership/service center
  • Handle customer calls and schedule service appointments
  • Follow up on service delivery, billing, and customer feedback
  • Coordinate billing activities and ensure accuracy in invoicing
  • Support spare parts availability checks and assist with parts-related queries
  • Resolve issues and escalate complaints when necessary
  • Maintain records and support CRM and DMS (Dealer Management System) activities

Qualifications:

  • Graduate in any discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,500.00 per month
