The responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service through phone, email, and live chat, supporting various Agoda products, handling inquiries from clients and customers, meeting individual and team goals, implementing business strategies, identifying process improvements, and maintaining confidentiality of customer information. To succeed in this role, candidates should have excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Hindi, a minimum of 1 year experience in customer service roles, positive personality traits, strong customer service skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, stress tolerance, and the ability to work in a pressured environment.
