Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Experience Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their interactions with Arvi Hitech are smooth, efficient, and satisfying. You will work closely with sales, service, and logistics teams to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in service quality. Key Responsibilities: Serve as a customer advocate by addressing queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, service, purchase, dispatch) to ensure timely delivery and service fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems. Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback collection, surveys, and follow-ups. Identify customer needs and provide solutions or escalate concerns as required. Assist in post-sales support, including warranty claims, installation coordination, and after-sales communication. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience. Prepare reports on customer service metrics and trends. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or customer relationship management. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the industrial automation or manufacturing sector. Familiarity with SAP, ERP software tools. Fluency in regional languages (as per company region).
