Customer Experience Associate

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be required to handle both inbound and outbound customer calls, efficiently and professionally resolving customer queries. It is essential to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, along with basic computer knowledge. You must be fluent in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Additionally, you should be willing to work in assigned shifts based on gender criteria. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers.
