Customer Experience Associate

As a Customer Support Executive at GoComet, your primary responsibility will be handling inbound support tickets and chats to solve user queries effectively and ensure their satisfaction. You will also be responsible for reporting any bugs or issues identified by users to the product team and adhering to defined SLAs for customer support. Key Performance Indicators for this role include maintaining an average first response time on support tickets, average resolution time, user ratings, high customer satisfaction scores, and high NPS scores. The key skills required for this role include excellent communication skills, with video creation skills being an added advantage. Additionally, familiarity with tools like Excel and support platforms such as Freshdesk would be beneficial.
