Job Summary: We are looking for an Inbound Customer Service Executive to handle customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, be customer-oriented and able to provide accurate and timely information to customers. Manage all kinds of Communication Channels especially Social MEDIA (Front Desk, Telephonic,Emails,Live Chat, Online ,Social Media) Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve Feedback Management and raise Customer Voice on various Company Platforms Drive Case Closure after Co-ordination with different departments Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Providing accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding products, services, and policies Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently Escalating complex issues to higher authorities for further resolution Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues
